40K: Hive Tyrant 3rd edition

Some not all too sharp photo's of my entry in a local painting contest. It was quite a rush job so there's a lot I'm not happy about. The sword (bonesword) for instance. I'm really happy modelling wise, but I don't like the paintjob and will re-do it in time. Also the putting together of the torso on the legs was absolute horror so it doesn't fit really well. And finally glueing the arms on the torso was a bit of a rushjob too and I need to touch up the edges. Anyways..A 3rd edition Tyranid Hive Tyrant with lashwhip and bonesword and talons. It'll probably need extended carapace and a couple of guards to survive...
